What You’ll Do
- Lead & manage the medical team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
- Work directly with attending physicians to diagnose and treat patients.
- Coordinate patient care with families and healthcare professionals.
- Manage acute, chronic, and post-surgical conditions in a variety of clinical settings.
What We’re Looking For
- Active NY Physician Assistant License
- Experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred)
- Previous experience in rehabilitation and healthcare (preferred, but willing to train)
- A team player with excellent communication skills

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Subacute care differs from that of a traditional nursing facility in that it provides more intensive care to the patient until the condition is stabilized.

Our comprehensive team of professionals has years of experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, Alternative Medical Treatments, Surgical and Wound care. Generally, the patient is assigned a medical team, which comes up with a treatment plan. Our physicians work closely with medical professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dietitians, nursing teams, and social workers to provide you with specialized care targeted at your unique problems.
